Meet the Team

Our friendly team promote a key person system which provides a secure attachment for each individual child to enable a sense of self, make new friends, explore the world around them, be confident to take on challenges, take risks, learn new skills, be imaginative, be independent, share their feelings, have high self-esteem, well-being and be able to trust and be happy at First Class Kids.
At First Class kids, we ensure that our dedicated staff team are appropriately qualified and recruited in accordance with the National Standards and all hold an Enhanced DBS Enclosure.
Staff hold first aid certificates and qualifications are available to view on request. 
The staff regularly attend training meetings and sessions to keep up to date with legislations and changes including safeguarding, food hygiene and First Aid. Staff also attend training sessions to enhance their continual professional development.
